Living slowly is not about doing less, it’s about savoring more
hi

I’M SANDRA

I’M SANDRA

I've been a content creator since 2014. For over a decade, I showed up, posted, produced, chased trends and algorithms. I built a following, created thousands of pieces of content, and from the outside, it probably looked like I had it all figured out. But here's the truth ... I started to become exhausted and even started having seizures induced by stress. I was burnt out. And despite being "connected" to thousands of people online, I felt deeply lonely.

Somewhere in the hustle, I lost touch with what actually matters, real relationships, slow mornings, handwritten letters reading for joy and the kind of connection that doesn't happen in a comment section. I realized I was at a different season of my life and I didn't want to keep living at the pace the world demanded. I wanted to prioritize my family, my friends, my mental health and my own peace.

So I created Sweet Post Society, not just for you but honestly for me too. This is a space for women who are tired of the rush. For women who are ready to step off the treadmill and into something more intentional. Who wants to slow down, savor the small moments, and remember what it feels like to be still and live in the moment.

Sweet Post Society isn't just about the letters, the handmade goods, or even the community. It's about choosing a different way. It's about saying "I'm worthy of rest, of beauty, of intention, of depth." If you're reading this and nodding along, thinking "me too", welcome home.

THE HEART of SWEET POST SOCIETY

underline

the yes

  • Yes to thoughtfully written letters that carry heart and intention.
  • Yes to the rhythm of the seasons and savoring their fleeting beauty.
  • Yes to small, meaningful rituals: brewing tea, lighting a candle, opening the mail.
  • Yes to tactile connection: paper, ribbon, pressed flowers, ink on the page.
  • Yes to timeless, heirloom over disposable.
  • Yes to creating pauses in the day where wonder can find us.
  • Yes to thoughtful community, even if it’s built one letter at a time.
  • Yes to ordinary moments being elevated into something extraordinary.

the no

  • No to rushing, hurrying, and constant noise.
  • No to endless scrolling that leaves us empty.
  • No to throwaway trends that lose meaning overnight.
  • No to perfectionism, instead, we honor beauty in the imperfect.
  • No to overstuffed schedules that leave no room to breathe.
  • No to mass production when handcrafted and heartfelt will do.
  • No to forgetting the past, letters, traditions, and rituals deserve to be kept alive.
  • No to living life on autopilot.
